It is high time I react to AKB48 Team 8’s very first single “47 no Suteki na Machi e” (To 47 Wonderful Towns). Team 8 was such a unique group as it is composed of 47 members where each one is from all 47 Prefectures of Japan. Their mission is to perform a concert in each prefecture which the achieved in 2021 which ultimately dissolved the group with the members going to either Team A, K, B & 4. Sad to see that happen but we can always look back to their various songs for happy memories of that time.
