My favorite TV series of all time. This is the opening and closing credits, with the great theme song. Patrick McGoohan starred in, and was the creator of the series. He also wrote and directed some of the episodes.

You’ll see on the door #6 is pushing open it says “WAY OUT”, this is the only episode that shows that door. I think McGoohan did that to let you know this was going to be a “WAY OUT” show, and it was.

You’ll notice the use of the image of the Penny-farthing bicycle throughout the show. Patrick McGoohan said he used that to represent modern society, with it’s technology ahead of it’s understanding of the consequences that technology may cause.
