The fulfillment of Generations in the bible follows a pattern.
Entry -Exile -Exit = Fulfilment
Fulfilment through the People of Promise

Paternal significance in a Generation:

The Human father (Abraham)was spared from sacrificing his son ;The greater Sacrifice was sent from father God from heaven – His Son Jesus Christ.

Maternal significance in a generation :
Both Sarah and Mary were visited by angels to announce their babies;Sarah conceives at ninety ,Mary conceives as a virgin-The Quickening of time & fulfilment of the latter was the Holy Spirit,not man.

The Holy spirit’s Fulfilment in Generations

In the first triad of 14 generations(Mosaic)- God had an encounter with individuals of promise; patriarchs and prophets were empowered to fulfill great exploits for God.

The Era of the Promise & The Promise Giver on earth

The knife (law )that was withheld by God from Abraham;that went to slaughter Isaac a type of christ,converges into a greater Altar of Sacrifice(Love)- The Cross,which awaited -Jesus Christ” from God the Father,as the Fulfilment of Promise.

Beware of Exile detours – The threat to a whole generation!

Exile is a stop gap, a halt,a pause in a person’s life or a nation -an intentional intervention by God to rid us of being alienated from God in ways unknown. Detaching from God detaches us from His blessing,until christ enters the scene and turns the story around !
