TV actor Karan Mehra has been booked by Goregaon police in connection with a complaint filed by his wife and actress Nisha Rawal on June 25. According to Nisha’s complaint, Karan and some of his relatives withdrew Rs 1 crore from her account without her consent.

On May 31, the actor was arrested by the police after his wife filed a domestic violence complaint against him.

Karan’s family members Kunal Mehra, Bela Mehra and Ajay Mehra have also been charged with assault and wilful harassment.

Karan was let out on bail later. Karan said that he did not assault her and that her claims were wrong. Nisha alleged that Karan has an extramarital affair. Karan denied her allegations and said that they are baseless.
