私たちが設計した住宅のリノベーションプロジェクトが竣工いたしました🌿somosomoのYoutubeチャンネルの視聴者の方からお声がけいただき設計することとなった住宅です！

築50年の建物で、1階が歯科医院、2階が今回設計を行った住宅部分になっております。
住まわれるのは、1階の歯科を運営しているご夫婦です。もともとは、ご夫婦が1階の歯科医院をされ、2階にご両親が住まわれておりましたが、この度、ご夫婦が2階に移り住むことになり、耐震改修を含めた住宅の改修を行うこととなりました。

家は住まわれる方が、長い時間を過ごされる場所になるので、これからの暮らし方を話し合いながらその暮らしに合うように建物の設計を行って参りました。

今回は、50年程前からご両親と住まわれていたご実家を住み継ぐという、世代を跨ぐ意味合いもあり、新しさを感じさせながらも、どこかで記憶が紡がれていくようなデザインを意図しています。
いつかロングバージョンの動画を出せると思うのですが、今回はそのダイジェストとして、楽しんでいただければと思います！

This time, the renovation project of the house has been completed!
This is a house that was ordered and designed by a viewer of somosomo’s Youtube channel!

The 50-year-old building has a dental clinic on the first floor and a residential area designed this time on the second floor.
The couple who live here are the couple who run the dental clinic on the first floor. Originally, the couple ran a dental clinic on the first floor, and their parents lived on the second floor.
This time, the couple decided to move to the second floor, so we renovated the house.

A house is a place where the residents spend a lot of time, so we have designed the building to suit the way of life in the future.

This time, there is also the implication of crossing generations that I will continue to live in my parents’ house where I lived with my parents for about 50 years.
For that reason, I intended to create a design that evokes a feeling of newness while at the same time evokes memories.

I think I’ll be able to release a long version of the video someday, but I hope you enjoy it as a digest this time!
