こんにちは、大正生まれの古民家に、暮らしながらリノベーションをしている「Slowlife Log」です。地方移住してもう10年以上がたちます。この古民家に住んでから8年程になり、壊したり作ったりを繰り返してきました。やっと居住空間のリノベーションに終わりが見えてきたので、やりたいことの一つであるパン工房作りをスタートしました。

今回は、解体から基礎工事までの総集編となります。動画の中で解体作業で使用した道具の紹介と、基礎工事で使った道具や便利だった物なども紹介しています。解体作業では手持ちの工具などを使用したので、費用は無料でした。基礎工事ではコンクリートブロックや砂など購入しているので、その総額を計算したので小屋を作りたい方、ガーデニングや雑草対策で何かしようと思われている方、何か作ってみたい方は予算の参考になればと思います。動画後半部分で紹介しているので、そちらにワープしてみてください！

解体期間は日数を計算すると人力ながらも、そこまでかかってないような気がします。実際は中断しながら2年ぐらい時間は経過しています。基礎工事は一人作業で細切れ作業です。排水溝を作る時間にかなり時間をかけてしまった気がします。ミキサー使ってブロックを積むでだけであれば、一人でも計画的にすすめられるように思います。簡単に羽子板付きの基礎ブロックを使うと簡単だと思ってます。今回はやってみたいことを優先した結果、大変だったように思います。何かの参考になれば幸いです！！

Hello, I’m “Slowlife Log”, living in an old private house from the Taisho era and renovating it. It’s been over 10 years since I moved to the countryside. It’s been about 8 years since I’ve lived in this old folk house, and I’ve demolished it and built it over and over again. The end of the renovation of my living space was finally in sight, so I started building a bakery, which is one of the things I wanted to do.

This time, it will be a compilation of everything from demolition to foundation construction. In the video, we introduce the tools used in the demolition work, as well as the tools and useful items used in the foundation work. The demolition work was free of charge because we used tools we had on hand. For foundation work, concrete blocks and sand are purchased, so we have calculated the total cost, so if you want to build a shed, do some gardening or weed control, or want to build something, we will help you with your budget. I hope this is helpful. It is introduced in the second half of the video, so please warp there!

When you calculate the number of days required for demolition, even though it is done manually, it doesn’t seem to take that long. Actually, about two years have passed since we stopped working. Foundation work is a one-person job, piecemeal work. I feel like I spent a lot of time making the drainage ditch. I think it can be done systematically by one person if you just use a mixer to stack the blocks. I think it’s easy to use a basic block with a battledore. I think this time it was difficult because I prioritized what I wanted to try. I hope it will be of some help! !

Lastly, since I’m an amateur, I’m sure there are various flaws and mistakes. I look forward to your kind advice.
